The HCH hand chain hoist model is designed using the latest technology and manufactured with quality materials. This chain hoist is compact with low headroom and light weight for easy installation. This hand chain hoist is made with heat treated reduction gears, top hook pivots and swivels for easy rigging. Sealed, pre-lubricated ball bearings provide long service life with low maintenance. This hand chain hoist can be suspended either by push trolley or geared trolley, or simply by its top hook. Hand chain hoists provide a convenient means for hoisting heavy objects. When a chain hoist is used, the load can remain stationary without requiring attention. The slow lifting travel of a chain hoist is also advantageous in that it permits small movements, accurate adjustments of height, and cautious handling of loads. All capacity ratings are metric (1 ton = 2,200 lbs).

JET L-100 series manual chain hoists combine a true rugged industrial design with highly refined quality culminating in the last manual hoist you may ever need to purchase.
The attention to detail in the design of this series is second to none. The drop forged, carbon steel hooks are quenched and tempered to increase strength and will slowly stretch to indicate an overload situation. Cast steel safety latches, attached with Allen head screws and lock nuts, outclass the industry standard of stamped safety latches. The induction hardened, 100 grade load chain provides 20% more strength then the common 80 grade load chain found on inferior hoists. The double enclosed brake cover keeps dirt and debris away from the brake mechanism. While the sealed ball bearing supported load sheave provides efficient and smooth operation. The investment cast anchor plate, and all other internal parts are fully heat treated and quenched for added strength and reliability. Finally, all the internal parts are Zinc coated for additional corrosion protection. The triple spur gear drive train features alloy steel gears that have been heated treated, quenched and then case hardened for a life time of service. Finally, the patented fused brake disc design means little to no maintenance is required to keep these hoists operational. All L-100 series hoists are factory tested and certified. Each hoist comes with a completed test certificate from the factory. Don’t settle for anything less.
