PMI-MASTER PRO is a robust portable spectrometer designed to quickly establish the composition of metals. The alloy measurement is initiated by an "easy to hold" pistol and does not require extensive training to use. The alloy grade or chemical composition appears in seconds on the integrated flat screen and can be printed with an external printer.
The Data is easily entered and the instrument controlled via a "touch screen" panel using standard windows based software package.

The TEST-MASTER PRO is a robust, mobile spectrometer for precise analysis of metallic samples.
This decisive newly developed product is optimised for sorting demands common in depot/storage facilities of steel producing and metalworking plants. In arc-mode, measuring times of less than 2 seconds are possible allowing a complete analysis of large batches in a short time.
A high frequency power source operating in argon allows the exact analysis of nearly all metals (including cast iron) on the one hand and on the other hand, rapid sorting (including carbon determination) is completed within 4 seconds. To cool the instrument heat is transferred, without any air flow, using a heat exchanger, to dissipate heat produced during normal operation. This WAS innovation, ensures that the TEST-MASTER PRO stays operative in the most challenging of environments. (i.e. automated testing systems).

With the new sample excitation system SPECTRO Plasma Generator, CCDs selected especially for emission spectrometry, a high-performance read-out system, a novel spark stand, innovative optical systems, and the unique ICAL logic system, the SPECTROMAXx provides analytical capabilities previously achieved only with conventional photomultiplier systems. The novel spark stand of the SPECTROMAXx is distinguished by minimal maintenance requirements and argon consumption that has been reduced by nearly half.
The SPECTRO iSORT performs a 'fingerprinting' procedure to independently recognize the sample material. The optimal instrument settings for the material are then automatically used for the analysis without manual operator intervention.
The readout system, special optic and ICAL logic system form the basis for the superior efficiency and flexibility of the new SPECTROTEST. They simultaneously minimize operating expenses and make operation of the instrument incomparably simple and safe.
With the new SPECTROLAB, SPECTRO introduces a new class of metal analyzers distinguished by improved analytical performance, greater investigative flexibility and simpler operation. Depending on the individual requirements, the analytical scope can be custom designed based on the ten standard matrices, Fe, Al, Cu, Ni, Co, Mg, Ti, Sn, Pb and Zn, or, as an alternative, from the five precious metal matrices, Au, Ag, Pt, Pd and Ru.

Phenom world's first Personal SEM for Metals
Rapidly examine alloys for metallurgical analysis, quality control, and failure analysis
The properties of many engineering materials are governed by a combination of metal composition and the morphology and distribution of key micro-structural features. These features can be observed with light microscopes, but when higher magnification and 3D detail is required, a scanning electron microscope (SEM) works best. The Phenom™ personal electron microscope exceeds the resolution of light microscopes (30 nm vs. 200 nm) and eliminates the expense, delay, and difficulty of operating a conventional SEM.
Phenom takes metallurgical imaging to a new level of clarity. For failure analysis of 3D objects, Phenom's large depth of focus can show the fracture origins and fatigue features.
Phenom™ is a high-resolution personal electron microscope with an optical camera for never-lost navigation. Its innovative touch-screen user interface and control knob let you quickly produce high-quality electron microscope images-with little or no training. Phenom can handle a wide range of samples with minimal preparation. Samples are loaded instantly with our patented low vacuum load-lock technology. SEM images are ready within 30 seconds. Phenom software lets users make precise on-screen feature measurements. Images are saved on a USB memory stick or network storage location for off-line analysis and distribution.
