The DynaPure is a self-contained centrifugal collector for source capture of oil mist generated by machining operations. DynaPure collectors can handle continuous operation without the need to shut down for drainage. The compact units feature lower maintenance and easy installation on or adjacent to the machine generating the mist.
A backward inclined aluminum fan provides steep fan curve for optimum performance at minimum noise levels. Mist-laden air is drawn into the DynaPure where a rotating drum collects and agglomerates mist particles from the airstream by centrifugal force. The collected oil drains from the DynaPure unit and may be returned directly to the machine or collected for disposal. A built-in stack discharge returns clean air to the plant atmosphere.
Prefilter and final filter options are ideal for difficult combinations of mist and submicron smoke. These can be factory-installed or retrofitted in the field. Explosion-proof DynaPure models are also available, plus optional voltages, including 50 Hz.

The air filters in the Gemini E range are electrostatic filters for purifying air of pollutant susbtances generated by the use of coolant oils both emulsified and integral, both of soild type (oil combustion fumes) and of liquid type (micromists) and dust produced by welding operations and other industrial processes.
Uses
The electrostatic filter consists of two elements: an ionizer and a collector. The air filtered by the oil mist collector and containing residues of fine mists and smoke (particles < 0.1 micron) is conveyed to the ionizer section where the particles are charged positively. The air then proceeds to the collector which, by the principle of attraction and repulsion of electrostatic charges, captures and definitively retains the polluting particles. The recovered liquid part is sent back to the machine tool.

Application
The oil mist separator OMS is designed for cleaning the air from oil mist during production processes. It is especially
recommended for extraction the oil particles of cooling-lubricating fl uids, that are used for metal machining (e.g., turning,
milling, drilling).
The appliance is not appropriate for capturing the caustic substances that can have a bad infl uence on the device and for
compounds creating explosive mixtures with the air.
Structure
The separator is divided in three chambers, and the air stream is fl owing subsequently through following chambers:
– oil sedimentation chamber – equipped with connection for the oil-saturated air,
– fi ltering chamber equipped with three fi ltering sections,
– fan chamber with a fan with radial impeller and control panel,
– silencer.
In the fi ltering chamber proceeds the three-stage cleaning process of the contaminated air.
First the air stream goes through the labyrinthine fi lter, next is the net fi lter and fi nally through the pocket fi lter of oil-resist-
ant polypropylene. Each fi lter can be easily disassembled and cleaned. The captured oil volume is accumulating in the oil
sedimentation chamber. Underneath this chamber is located the oil drainage valve from where it is collected in a contain-
er* for oil.
In order to reduce the noise level is used a silencer.
During the use a continuous technical supervision is not necessary.
Oil mist separator – OMS-2
* The container for oil is not a standard equipment of the oil mist separator.

MistBusters®: Efficient, Compact Air Cleaners For Metalworking Applications
The MistBuster series of air cleaners has significant advantages over competitive mist collectors, including:
High Efficiency. MistBusters remove the mist & smoke generated from water soluble, synthetic and petroleum based metalworking fluids that other oil mist eliminators miss. (Centrifugal units do not remove any smoke!)
Economical operation: No throwaway air filters that reduce airflow as they clog up (most models). Low energy consumption due to superior multi stage air cleaning technology that has low resistance to airflow.
Variable speed controller allows for precise control of the airflow. Why draw excessive mist laden air out of the machine tool enclosure? The MistBuster is the best machine mount mist collector currently available in the market place that allows you to control the negative pressure within the machine tool enclosure. This feature saves energy, reduces maintenance, lowers sound levels and increases efficiency.
Premium Blower - The MistBuster series of compact air cleaners features a very high quality dynamically balanced motorized impeller. This impeller is more compact and energy efficient than conventional direct drive motors & blowers that are used in other systems and is dynamically balanced for smooth operation. This means no vibration is translated to your machine tool improving production quality and consistency.
MistBuster 500 can ship UPS, which significantly reduces shipping charges.
