COALESCENCE PURIFIER SERIES OIL-OILMATIC-OILJET The coalescence candle purifiers series OIL, represent the best technology available today for the filtration of oil mists, aerosols and vapors. The so-called "candles" are the heart of the system, constituted by special fibers or microfibers wound with progressive density and closely compressed, for a thickness of several centimeters, around a perforated metallic cylinder and enclosed by an outer mesh. The cylindrical shape of the candle, crossed from outside towards inside by the air flow to be purified, generates a rotary motion of the micrometric particles, which, also due to the Brownian movement, start to be collected and to coalesce, grow in fibers intersections transforming the flow from gaseous to liquid and finally drain by gravity out of the filter medium. Through the clapet siphons placed in the lower flange of the candle, the oil collected will drain in the pre-chamber below.
