Coalescence purifiers designed for the treatment of oily substances related to rubber molding and vulcanization. Made with specific fiberglass candles that use the principle of agglomeration of submicron particles, called the Brownian motion, they are used with excellent results of filtration efficiency and also of odor reduction. In fact, the solid particles typical for these processes, having unpleasant odours, are retained by the filteri media, preventing the spread of bad odors into the atmosphere, typical of hot processing of rubber. The filtration process consists of a first stage of pocket elements, necessary to retain the larger particles and then end up in the coalescing candles going from outside to the inside. A side door facilitates inspection and replacement of filter pockets. The filtration efficiency is higher than 99.99%
