The perfect solution for Laser Machines and Machines for Spark Erosion.
The suctioned air first passes through a sequence of metallic and synthetic filters, which retain the particles with higher granulometry.
Subsequently, the air goes through an Absolute HEPA Filter H13 - tested in accordance with Euro Norms EN 1822 - and is emitted perfectly purified in the environment.
The FA version is equipped with an ACTIVED CARBON cell to eliminate fumes and odours.

Oil mist and fume Mini-Max filter, capacity 500-1.500 m3/h.
The new Mini-Max series filters are studied to be located in proximity of tooling machines. Mini-Max filters are composed by a pre-filtration section, by a very high efficiency filtration section for oil mist and fume and by possible further stages for absolute filtration (H13).
Basically the privilege of SO.TEC coalescence filters is the long operating time, continue high filtration efficiency, without any maintenance requirements. On suction from tooling and machining operations, with oil or water-based lubricant, we can also guarantee more than 5 years’ operating time for the coalescence filtration section.

Oil mist and fume "supercompact" filter for centralized plants, capacity 20.000-180.000 m3/h.
SO.TEC "supercompact" plants, thanks to the optimum use of the space inside the filter and to the acces doors placed on both sides, are able to garantee high flows capacity with reduced obstruction, maintaining an high separation efficiency.
The filtering process consists of two stages:
• In the former stage graphite and oil particles bigger than 1 micron, as well as any other impurities, are separated from the air flow;
• In the latter stage such submicrone oil particles, making up 90% of total oil present in suction air, are separated by coalescence according to an efficiency factor as per table below:
- 99,9 % efficiency for bigger than 1 micron particles
- 99 % efficiency for bigger than 0,5 micron particles
- 95 % efficiency for bigger than 0,2 micron particles
(high efficiency achieved thanks to the special Microless® filtering elements).
Our well-established know-how and the reliability of our plants enable us to meet our Customers’ needs for extremely low emissions:
- in case of separation of oil mist from hot brass stamping process we guarantee
- in case of filtering of oil mist from machine tool machining, we guarantee an emission oil content lower than 2 mg/Nm3 (expected value lower than 1 mg/Nm3).

Equipped with a PRE-FILTRATION SYSTEM FOR SWARF
It allows the highest degree of cleanliness of the working environment.
Its ergonomic design and the protective screen made of transparent Lexan are essential elements to safeguard the machine operator.
An easily removable swarf collector prevents the diffusion of the removed particles in the working environment and on the clean workpieces.
The cabin is pre-arranged to be equipped on board with an air cleaner for suction and purification of oil mist produced during the process of polishing. As an alternative, oil mist could be removed by the air cleaner installed on the machine tool.
The support trailer can be supplied either with wheels made of rubber or with feet.
The unit can be made soundproof to reduce noise pollution.

Centrifugal filter for oil mist CLEANMIST® Filter body, divided into two parts, eases service operations; the inlet is provided with a mesh to avoid aspiration of solid materials and a conic diffuser for uniforming distribution of fogs within the wheel. Fog and vapour particles are centrifuged at high speed inside the wheel and, crossing the filtering panels, undergo a coalescence effect becoming small drops which, joined in a pressure flow, are discharged with the specific drainage.
Cleaned air is discharged in the environment, passing through the upper part of the filter.

Application
The oil mist separator OMS is designed for cleaning the air from oil mist during production processes. It is especially
recommended for extraction the oil particles of cooling-lubricating fl uids, that are used for metal machining (e.g., turning,
milling, drilling).
The appliance is not appropriate for capturing the caustic substances that can have a bad infl uence on the device and for
compounds creating explosive mixtures with the air.
Structure
The separator is divided in three chambers, and the air stream is fl owing subsequently through following chambers:
– oil sedimentation chamber – equipped with connection for the oil-saturated air,
– fi ltering chamber equipped with three fi ltering sections,
– fan chamber with a fan with radial impeller and control panel,
– silencer.
In the fi ltering chamber proceeds the three-stage cleaning process of the contaminated air.
First the air stream goes through the labyrinthine fi lter, next is the net fi lter and fi nally through the pocket fi lter of oil-resist-
ant polypropylene. Each fi lter can be easily disassembled and cleaned. The captured oil volume is accumulating in the oil
sedimentation chamber. Underneath this chamber is located the oil drainage valve from where it is collected in a contain-
er* for oil.
In order to reduce the noise level is used a silencer.
During the use a continuous technical supervision is not necessary.

This trailer-mounted series is suitable for suction and purification of dust produced during dry machining processes, when good airflow rates are required and no large amount of dust is created.
Its versatility of use, modularity and mobility make this unit perfect for workshops where the machined materials change periodically.
The AE version is equipped with a High Efficiency HEPA fiter, suitable for the removal of microdust and smoke.
The CA version is suited for the removal of fumes and odours.
The N version is equipped with a drainage and a tank to collect re-condensed coolant.
Pre-arranged to be equipped with an Articulated Self-supporting Suction Arm.
