The 3-finger gripper Mod. CGC is available in 5 different sizes]
Significant for Mod. CGC is the compact design that allows the combination of a high gripping force and long stroke.
The piston is equipped with permanent magnet for the use of magnetic proximity switches mod. CSB. The proximity switches can be inserted in the U - shaped grooves on the body in order to detect whether the gripper is in an open or closed position. |

| The shape of this parallel gripper perhaps is the most diffused in the market of the pneumatic grippers in which, more or less, all have the same characteristics and the same way of operation. In this particular field, the gripper SP is distinguished for its particularities that render it with better performances and advanced if compared to the equivalents of belt. At the moment the range is constituted from 4 sizes with total closing forces of 130, 220, 400 and 640 Newton and respective strokes of 8, 12, 16, 20 mm. The operation does not preview sliding on inclined plans, the jaws are driven by a lever system for which, minor sliding surface and smaller loss of force. It is the only in its kind, allowing the regulation of pre-loading on the jaws guidance that it means possibility of restoration of zero backlash when necessary after extended use. Various options for compressed air supplying and gripper fastening. Easy mounting of magnetic sensor without accessories and changes of the overall dimensions. This gripper is guaranteed in order to work without maintenance |

| This is a really very interesting pneumatic parallel grippers series presenting a 16 different models range, realized in three sizes only. Since it doesn’t have any mechanism to transfer the movement, that gripper has high reliability, the jaws are moved by two pistons connected with them, and the force loss is due to the friction only. In fact, if related to the stroke, force and weight, the efficiency of this kind of gripper, is really very high and its optimal application is in the anthropomorphic robot field, where the weight is the most binding parameter. Total forces of 200, 460 and 1400 Newton and total strokes from 10 to 200mm. In consideration of the quality level, the cost is really low and convenient. The PE gripper series is guaranteed maintenance and lubrication free for 10 Million cycles. |

The MINIATURE SPRUE PLIERS is a pneumatic pliers
specifically designed to grip the sprue where the dimension
are small. It has a one-way type action.
The special surface of the fingers and its high closing force
give a secure grip. |
|
Note :
Close pressure 6bar (ca.87 psi)
Remark :
The maximum operating pressure for all pliers is 6 bar (ca. 87psi)
Use dry and filtered air only !
Remark:
The sprue cannot jam behind the gripper jaws. |

GR Series Angular Gripper
The GR-Series has a double acting piston attached to a cross bar by a connecting rod. The linear movement of the piston is transformed into angular movement of the jaws through a double toggle link mechanism.
AG Series Gripper
The AG Series angular gripper utilizes a double acting piston with a dual pivot system. The piston has a single center pivot that drives each gripper jaw open and closed. The gripper jaws have an independent stationary pivot which each jaw arcs about. The ratio between the piston and jaw pivots has been optimized for maximum operating performance. The AG series angular gripper is a cartridge style design. The cartridge design utilizes a minimum number of components, seven major components in all. The cartridge design offers the greatest grip force to size ratio over other conventional designs.
TJ Series Grippers
The TJ Series grippers provide high grip force in a compact design. Shielded design make the TJ series ideal for machine loading and unloading. Compact design, to grip force ratio are ideal for confined work areas.
PG6J80 Series
The PG6J80 Series 6 finger gripper design utilizes a dual acting piston to open and close gripper jaws. All six jaws are synchronized for accurate positioning. The included ejectors operate independent of the gripper jaws, providing a convenient method to strip parts from the jaws. An example of this could be, expanding an o-ring and pushing it on to the desired part. |

Series 190/191
Compact size is ideal for handling small parts in confined areas. Units provide true parallel jaw travel with no arching motion for easy tooling design.
Advantages: Small size, pneumatic service, two jaw travels, two jaw styles, spring assist, and switches.
Series 5300 A
Double-acting for either internal or external gripping applications. Optional internal springs allow the unit to be used as a single-acting gripper, for additional grip force, or for grasping an object without air pressure.
Advantages: Heavy duty construction, pneumatic service, high grip force, spring assist, switches. |
|
It is a low profile gripper with overall dimension extremely reduced in relation with its performances. Very precise, robust and high reliability indeed, it complies with a wide application range because, even if in 5 sizes only, it presents 16 different models. The maximum jaw stroke can be limited, independently, each one with different measures. The total stroke are from 6 to 40 mm.
The gripping force, constant along all the jaw stroke, is symmetrical (same opening/closing force).
The total gripping forces are from 36 to 2400 Newton.
The gripper can be fastened in front by the flange ( integrated in the gripper housing ) with the through holes therefore a fastening counter-plate is not necessary to fasten the gripper on behind.
Easy mounting of the magnetic sensor ( optional ).
The GM gripper Series is guaranteed maintenance and lubrication free for 40 Million cycles, it means 80 Million strokes.

NRG Series Gripper
Synchronized Motion: Two opposing pistons share a common bore. Each piston transfers force and motion (undiminished) independently to each slide. The motion of both pistons is guided through a single piece mechanism which provides self centering motion of each slide, repeatable within 0.002 inches. Gripping force and synchro-nization are totally independent of each other. This results in minimum wear and maximum performance life.
Compliant Motion: The compliant gripper utilizes the same construction as described above, except the single piece mechanism providing synchronized slide motion is removed. The slides are now independent of each other, allowing the gripper to comply to the part's position. Once the part has been gripped, its exact position is held. Position drift does not occur. Compliant grippers offer an economical solution, potentially eliminating the use of a compliant wrist.
Features:
Body: One piece construction for maximum rigidity. Hardcoat Teflon ®impregnated inside and out. compact, lightweight, high grip force to size ratio.
Slides: Slides are 100% engaged in body throughout the entire stroke length. Electroless Nickel plated. No external arms, reduced pinch points, OSHA
Synchronize: The synchronizing mechanism is housed internally, protected from external contamination. Hardened tool steel.
Position Sensing: Position sensor mounting track and magnetic pistons, standard on all models. Easy access, total adjustability, factory or field installed.
