The LSX series is built with a linear brushless iron core motor to provide higher forces; it includes a modular aluminum construction with linear encoder, limit switches, internal cable carrier, linear bearing and bellows.
Enclosed Positioning Stage – LSE series
The enclosed positioning stage provides high acceleration of heaver loads; it is designed for applications with one or more axes. To provide a variety of forces, the LSE is available with either brushless iron core, cog-free, brushed DC and AC induction motors. The single axis stage includes linear bearing, linear encoder, limit switches, cable carrier and bellows.
Linear X-Y-Z Gantry – LSG series
Baldor’s linear gantry stage is designed to speed up and simplify the building of high throughput, precision positioning systems. The LSG provides a clean, very compact design compared to conventional gantry systems base upon rotary components and ballscrews; it is ideal for applications where space is at a premium. Superior Performance
MACRON Ball Screw Positioning Tables are designed for long service life and have been tested at full capacity for thousands of cycles to ensure trouble free operation. The positioning table housings are cast from rugged yet lightweight aluminum. The drive assembly connects the motor to the table with a highly durable rolled ball or acme screw. This screw drive design offers superior performance including precise positioning, high moment loads and zero backlash. When selecting a screw table, important specifications to consider include length of travel, rated load, positional accuracy and maximum rated speed. MACRON Positioning Tables feature travel up to 48 in., loads to 2,000 lbs., accuracy to +/- 0.005 and speeds of up to 18 inches per second.
Components or Complete Systems
MACRON Positioning Tables are available as a single axis solution, assembled for a multitude of X-Y and X-Y-Z positioning duties or as part of a complete mechanical motion system. Many optional features are offered including screw pitch, ball nuts, acme bronze and plastic nuts, preloaded nuts to reduce backlash, custom motor mounting and various rail options for the linear bearing. There are several motor mounting options for MACRON Positioning Tables. Typical mounting consists of an integral Motor Mount and a motor adapter NEMA 23, 34 or 42.

The ATT185 series precision tilt (pitch-roll) tables provide a means for leveling instruments or tilting components over a ±10° range. Aerotech's patented sub-arc-second resolution drive allows the user to cover the total angular range quickly while maintaining a resolution of 0.2 arc-second for the ATT185-3, and 0.1 arc-second for the ATT185-5. With this unique drive, the tables exhibit virtually no creep or backlash and have excellent repeatability. These tables have a gimbal support with decoupled and orthogonal axial motion.
Both tilt table bases have clearance holes for M6 screws on 25 mm centers and are adaptable to Aerotech linear or rotary translation stages. The tables are constructed of aluminum with a black anodized finish.

The compound table 1 from isel consists of two linear guides LES 5 that are connected in rectangular way by two ground steel plates. In this basic version, the linear guides have a travel range of 420 mm. The individual axes are driven by a stepping motor and a ball screw drive with a pitch of 5 mm.
In order to reach very high load capacities, each axis is provided with four linear slides.
In addition to this basic version, it is possible to combine all linear guides LES 5 by means of connecting plates for compound tables from isel. You can choose from different travel ranges, pitches and drive motors to assemble an individual compound table.
The face-milled aluminium T-slot plates form isel are available in the widths 250 mm und 375 mm and in the lengths 592 mm, 692 mm, 792 mm and 1,092 mm. The scope of delivery includes the complete fastening material necessary.

With its Ball Rail Tables TKK and TKL, Rexroth offers ready-to-install solutions for linear motion applications with high rigidity requirements. The base plate of the ball rail tables is made from machined aluminum profiles or steel with reference edges. Integrated in this rigid axis are Rexroth ball rail systems with four long runner blocks per carriage. These can be driven
by ball screws (TKK) or linear motors (TKL).
To achieve the most economical solution for each specific application, Rexroth also provides matching side drive timing belts or motor mounts and couplings, as well as various motor-controller combinations.

For applications with high loads, particularly torque loads, our AXLT line of linear tables offer outstanding solutions. In order to be able to optimally utilise the potential of the linear motion and drive systems, all sizes are also available with a steel base plate.
The integrated ball screw guarantees accurate sequences of movements even at the highest loads. Two parallel THK linear motion guides ensure that high load torques can be taken up. All internal components such as the screw-type drive, linear motion system and switch are protected against external influences by a bellows available as standard.
Fixing
Depending on installation position and size, the structure of their base plates mean that our linear tables can be screwed tight from below with the sliding block, or from above.
Limit stop
A choice of an internal inductive proximity switch or an externally mounted mechanical limit switch is available as a limit stop.

Easy Auto Move – the new semiautomatic XY-table
This semi-automatic XY-table offers the ideal combination of manual handling and automatic control:
it can easily be moved by hand but also be operated motor-controlled.
The integrated controller can store any position and re-established it repeatedly by the touch of a button. This feature enables the user to make a series of reference images for the overlay function which automatically compares subsequent live images with the reference images for compliance. That way you can save a considerable portion of the time you would otherwise need for repositioning your inspection tool, e.g. in the search for defects in complex assemblies.
The XY-table also comprises a board holding plate which is held in place magnetically and allows easy positioning of many different objects.
Traverse path in both directions is 230 mm.
The XY-table is compatible with the well-known TechnoLab systems MicroInspector, EasyInspector and FlyInspector but can also be used with the products of other manufacturers.

Description
Zaber's T-LSM series devices are computer-controlled motorized linear stages with high thrust and speed capabilities and a very compact size. They are stand-alone units requiring only a standard 15V power supply. A potentiometer knob at the end of the unit permits smooth manual control; turn it fully to get maximum speed. These slides connect to the RS-232 port of any computer and can be daisy-chained with up to 254 units per chain. They can also be chained with any other T-Series products. Convenient 6-pin mini din cables on the unit allow for direct interconnection between units in close proximity. For longer distances, a standard cable extension can be used.
At only 21 mm high, these miniature stages are excellent for applications where a small profile is required. The T-LSM's innovative design allows speeds up to 8 mm/s and loads up to 10 kg. Like all Zaber's products, the T-LSM series is designed to be 'plug and play' and very easy to set-up and operate. If you are considering a multi-axis system, in the XY configuration these stages make excellent microscope stages. Adding a T-JOY3 Joystick Controller allows manual control of both x and y or xyz axes from a single interface as well as allowing microscope stage positions to be saved and recalled at the touch of a button.

The SR stage is a compact, small footprint, open type positioning stage. It is used in closed loop positioning applications that require high speed and high accelerations of lighter loads.
The ironless core coil assembly has no magnetic attractive force to the stationary magnet assembly, which reduces the load on and increases life of the bearing system.
The low overall weight of the stage makes it ideal as a Y axis (top axis) in a multi-axis system. The lower moving mass of the stage allows for much higher accelerations of light payloads.
The cable carrier is oversized to allow for passage of customer payload cables and hoses. The back of the cable carrier can be easily removed and reattached to route through additional cables.
