High Pressure Filters-Worldline 100 up to 21.1 gpm, up to 6525 psi, In-line mounting, HD 049/HD 069
Application
In the high pressure circuits of hydraulic systems.
Performance features
Protection
against wear: By means of filter elements that, in full-flow filtration,
meet even the highest demands regarding cleanliness
classes. Protection against malfunction: Through installation near to the control valves or other
expensive components. The specific determined flow rate
guarantees a closed by-pass valve even at < 930 SUS
(cold start condition).
Filter elements
Flow direction from outside to center. The star-shaped pleating of the filter
material results in:
- large filter surfaces
- low pressure drop
- high dirt-holding capacities
- long service life

BELL In-line Filters grant a high protection to the most delicate components of an oleodinamic system. Placed in the site under pressure, they keep the particles sucked or produced by the pump up to a size of 10 micron.
These filters are normally applied in addition to the standard filters in suction or release, as a last barrier of protection before the entrance in directional valves, flow regulating valves and all those components which require a high grade of absolute filtering.
The body is made in a treated aluminium alloy to obtain a minimum dimension and weight.
The filtering element, instead, is made in synthered bronze with a conic shape to resist to high pressure without collapsing.

The pressure line filter is an essential part in most hydraulic systems. When the hydraulic components are sophisticated, with close tolerances and a regulation function (not simply that of control) the use of filters in the pressure lines is a must.

General description
HOFFMANN pressure filters cleanse coolants such as oils and emulsions of:
- metallic particles
- rubber
- plastics
- glass
The filtering capacity for each filter vessel lies between 150 and 200 l/min.
Soiled coolant is pumped into one, or several simultaneously operating pressure filter vessels. These vessels are equipped with nylon support filters and disposable paper filter bags. The soiled coolant penetrates these filter elements from the inside out, and the particles of impurities are trapped in the filter bag.
The so-called filter cake is formed as filtered impurities build up in the pressure filter vessel filter bag. This filter cake represents a high-performance filtering layer that enhances the filtering effect even more. When the filter cake reaches a defined size the throughput capacity of the filter declines and the filter must then be cleaned. Changeover of the facility to the standby pressure filter vessel is made when the signal for cleaning the soiled filter vessel is issued.

ServoSaver filters offer point-of-use filtration for some of the most sensitive hydraulic valves that there are, servo/proportional valves. Complete protection is provided by non-bypass filters equipped with high collapse strength elements installed directly at the valve. The ServoSaver is designed specifically for this use and is not an adaption of an in-line filter intended for bypass filtration.

MPD series filters are an outstanding choice for today's demanding hydraulic control and circulating oil systems. The MPD's innovative modular design, rugged ductile iron construction and coreless element technology, combined with many other features, provide solutions across a broad range of industrial applications.
The Modular design provides user flexibility for simplex or duplex applications. Incorporating side chambers as simplex filters along with duplex installations provide common elements across the circuit design.
Construction features like full ported transfer valve with neutral center flow capability offer tremendous benefit in cold start conditions. Standard features like pressure sensing taps, vents, drains and internal pressure equalization make this product incomparable in industry.
IL8 series filters are excellent choices for your demanding applications whether you require simplex, duplex or quadplex assemblies.
Wherever high flow or high capacity filters are required, the IL8 series can be applied with confidence. Filter housings have a simple yet critical job... securely contain the filter element with positive internal sealing.
The IL8 series filter housings are the result of careful engineering. High grade materials are used to provide strength at critical stress points.
The cover and base are annodized aluminum, the handle is nickel plated ductile iron and the bowl is rugged carbon steel. The result is a reliable high performance filter for an array of applications.

BGTS return in-tank filters feature Parker's exclusive magnetic prefiltration core which collects ferromagnetic particles from fluid upstream of the filter element. This feature alone could save hundreds of dollars a year by protecting costly equipment from increased wear and malfunction by assuring that the fluid is as pure as possible when it leaves the filter. Even during bypass due to cold start up, contaminant is collected by the magnetic core, a feature of importance on any fluid power system.
