10-20 HK Series Poppet Couplings
This HK Two-Way Coupling Series is designed for general purpose hydraulic service. Some are suitable for use with various liquids, chemicals, steam, gases and vacuum. Series 1-HK to 8-HK, 12-HK and 20-HK conform to the dimensional requirements of ISO 7241-1 Series B. The series is available in brass, steel and stainless steel construction in all sizes. These couplings are heavy duty and most sizes are intended for high impulse service. Options include: non-valved socket and plug, valve actuator in socket or plug, bleeder-style plug, sleeve lock, and multiple sleeve material options. Dust caps, dust plugs and release clamps with chain are also available accessories.

CF and Wire Seal flanges are part of the same family of Ultra-High vacuum components that compress a copper gasket between two stainless steel flanges to create a vacuum tight seal.
CF flange systems are more commonly used within the vacuum industry and therefore have a larger standard product offering. CF flanges are specified by their outer diameter. A&N CF flanges are manufactured to industry standards and are interchangeable with all other Conflat® style flanges and fittings. Industry standard sizes range from 1.33” to 16.5”.
Wire Seal flanges are desirable for those applications that require flanges larger than those available with the CF flange system. Wire Seal flanges have no industry standard dimension specifications. While vacuum component manufacturers endeavor to create interchangeable flanges, the only way to ensure compatibility is to purchase a mating set of wire seal flanges from a single manufacturer.

General description :
MDC ASA-style flanges mate with standard 150 lb. ASA-ANSI flanges. Flanges are offered with choice of smooth face or O-ring groove. Eight flange sizes are detailed in this section. They are available blank or bored to fit tube sizes 1-1/2" through 12" O.D.
The vacuum seal is made by compressing an O-ring between a mating pair of flanges. The pair includes a smooth face flange and an O-ring grooved flange.

The rotary union pictured was designed to pass pneumatics and/or DI water for a Chemical Mechanical Planarization (CMP) piece of Semi-conductor equipment. The union is manufactured from 316 stainless steel and the shaft is hard chromed on the seal surface for hardness. We currently provide a number of multiple passage rotary unions to the Semi-conductor industry in the CMP field.
