Strip curtains
Strip curtains are the ideal solution for narrow and extremely large openings, where doors and gates are impossible to mount. They are reasonably priced and perfectly insulated; they are ideal as e.g. partition walls at places of work, a protection against draft, dust, noise etc. Owing to cold-resistant materials they can also be used in cold-storage rooms and deep-freeze areas. Even the passage of heavy vehicles does not pose any problems. Available from do-it-yourself kits to prefabricated and automatically moveable curtains.

Minimum energy loss
Hörmann flexible strip curtains provide an inexpensive and broadly tight-fitting closure for larger doorways. The highly durable PVC strips only open in relation to the width of the vehicle or load. That's why, even when a high traffic frequency is involved, the heat or cold-air loss is reduced to a minimum. And that saves energy. The excellent transparency of the strip curtains makes for light conditions and reduces artificial lighting costs.
The clip-in system
This system makes fitting our strip curtains child's play. The plastic clip with the PVC strip riveted onto it simply hooks into the aluminium profile rail - no tools are needed.The strips with the clips riveted onto them are supplied as a ready-to-fit unit. They automatically lock into place but can be easily unhooked and replaced if required.

With Simplex strip doors you can cover door openings, both large and small, yet ensure easy pass-through by a technician, transport cart or forklift. Simplex strip doors prevent up to 80% to 90 of air loss that occurs when main doors are opened or left ajar.
In the cleanroom setting this means environments remain protected from contamination. In industrial applications temperatures remain stable, there is less food spoilage, less shrinkage, less frost build-up on coils. Simplex strip doors mean reduced wear and tear on compressors, motors and switches.

The Powercurtain 680 is a transparent strip curtain, suitable to be used as a draught resistant curtain between intermediate areas, outer doors or as dust resistance and sound resistance in work area as or around machines.
PVC strip curtains provide the ideal flexible entrance. Cold air inlet and heat flows shall be limited and a fast and safe transportation within the areas is feasible by means of a minor investment.

DOUBLE-DOOR, PASS-THROUGH LABORATORY AUTOCLAVES – RECTANGULAR SECTION (380/415V, 21, 31.5 or 42kW)
Where a clean room or containment suite is being installed it is often an advantage to install a through-wall autoclave to ensure containment. Priorclave manufacture Pass-through autoclaves with rectangular section chambers in 400 to 100 litre capacities. Double Door Priorclaves have interlocks to prevent both doors being open at the same time as this would breach the integrity of the site. They also have an interlock to prevent the door at the unloading end from being opened until the sterilisation cycle has been successfully completed and the load is safe to pass into the unloading end.
Pass-through Priorclaves include all the features of the Rectangular Section Range.
