Cleveland Vibrator’s VM-25’s ultra simple design — only one moving part (WS-2 Super Grey coated piston), size and variable frequency make it excellent for automated parts track vibration. Also, it can be used to promote the free flow of materials from small, thin-skinned (minimum 28 gauge) bins and hoppers to 2 cubic feet (57L) capacity. Actually, the applications are limitless, confined only by imagination.
They can be supplied with a muffler to prevent contamination and reduce noise level. An air-cushioned version, VMAC-25, will further reduce noise level, with a with a 30% reduced force output.
It produces 16,000 vibrations per minute while only consuming 2.0 SCFM (57 lpm) of compressed air at 80 psig (5.4 bar). Normal force output is 15 lbs.
The VM-25 is also available in ALL STAINLESS STEEL.

| Our new and unique acetal bodied turbine vibrator is ideal for clean rooms. The label is etched; no chance for contamination. All exposed parts are 304 stainless steel. It requires no lubrication. The units have more force at lower air consumption and pressure than competitors’ models. They have state-of-the-art CNC machining and improved technology. Turbine are very quiet, below OSHA standards. They have a longer life than ball vibrators. The acetal body is FDA and USDA compliant for food applications. |

The Cleveland Vibrator Company offers a wide range of ball vibrators designed to keep stubborn materials flowing. These vibrators are powered by dry, compressed air. They produce a centrifugal force which makes them ideal for a number of applications.
Ball vibrators are commonly used as discharge flow aids on small to medium-size bins, hoppers and chutes. They are used in a variety of applications within the chemical, foundry and concrete industries.

PS-type MARTSHOCK Intermittent Pneumatic Hammers belong to those flow aids that act destructively as bridge breakers. The mechanical energy released at regular intervals, at the moment of collision, is transmitted through the container wall to the stored material. MARTSHOCK Hammers are suitable for loosening of adhesive material crusts on walls, pipes and bins, and as bridge breakers in silos. The blow impulse leads to the complete detachment of the crusts or the collapse of a material bridge.
MARTSHOCK Hammers are particularly suitable for retrofitting to existing silo cones or hoppers as no emptying of the bin or drilling of the wall is required.
The MARTSHOCK Pneumatic Hammer blows produce a violent impact on the wall on which the unit is fitted. It is suitable for all bin shapes and sizes. |
|
| Cleveland Vibrator’s turbine vibrators have the same, single-bolt body style as ball vibrators. Some models have more than 4x the force output as competitors’ while using less air. Units are rugged, ductile iron, requiring no lubrication. They are ideal for the most demanding applications. |
|
| CVC offers a complete line of air piston, ball and electric vibrators that are ideal for stationary or mobile concrete dispensers or small bins and hoppers. Our unique double-diameter piston guarantees starting at any mounting angle without use of a return spring. The piston impacts against a rectangular or square base, transmitting energy directly to mounting surface. Our robustly constructed units run quieter and matches mounting centers of most competitors%u2019 impact style vibrators. We also fabricate vibratory equipment such as feeders, tables, screeners and conveyors. |

S-Type External Pneumatic Ball Vibrators develop frequencies higher than 580 Hz (> 35,000 r.p.m.) and they are used wherever powdery materials have to be moved. S-type Ball Vibrators are installed on bins to prevent bridging or ratholing, and for the improvement of material flow on chutes, screens and vibrating tables.
S-type Ball Vibrators consist of an anodized aluminium body inside which a steel ball rotates on a specially hardened and ground steel ring. For operation a 2/2-way-valve and filtered compressed air are required.
- Maintenance-free
- Operating temperature: 32°F to 390°F
- Oil-free operation
- Great acceleration
- High centrifugal force
- Low noise level
- Low air consumption
- Standard ATEX ExII3D certified |

| The BD Pneumatic Concrete Vibrator series utilizes a built-in pneumatically driven motor which has only two moving parts, the vane and rotor. Compressed air is supplied to the vibrator through the air valve and inner hose. Air flow into the rotor, passes through the passage ways in the vane, back through the "air gap" on the rotor and outer holes in the rear flange. This activates the rotor and the vibrator begins to vibrate |
|
| BV Series Pneumatic Piston Vibrators are available in 10 sizes from 1-1/8" piston diameter to 8-1/4" piston diameter. There are Impacting models, our most powerful, Quiet Impacting models for powerful force with reduced noise, Air Cushioned models for much quieter operation, and Single Impulse models for timed impacts. The linear force of the BV Series is ideal for improving material flow in bins, hoppers, pipes, chutes, and trucks. OR-type External Pneumatic Roller Vibrators are characterized by the reduction or even the elimination of friction through high frequencies and high centrifugal forces. At the same time, OR Vibrators are completely insensitive to resonance.
In OR Roller Vibrators vibration is generated by a rotor which describes an eccentric movement inside a steel race. OR Roller Vibrators generate very high frequencies and centrifugal forces with low consumption as compared to the force given. For activation a 2/2-way-valve and filtered compressed air are required. OR Roller Vibrators are used on bins and hoppers to avoid bridging or rat holing, as flow aids, as well as for screening, compacting, sorting, dissolving and cleaning applications.
- Available in eight different sizes
- Maximum operating temperature: 390° F
- Oil-free operation possible

OT-type External Pneumatic Turbine Vibrators combine high frequencies with high centrifugal forces at large amplitudes. OT Vibrators are operated oil-free with filtered compressed air. They do not require any maintenance and they are successfully used as flow aids on bins, as drives for chutes or screens, and on vibrating tables.
Vibration with the OT-type is generated by a turbine with integrated flyweights which rotates on two oversized ball bearings. OT Turbine Vibrators have a high work moment and develop high vibration frequencies and centrifugal forces. Vibration presents a large amplitude even with low operating pressure.
For operation a 2/2-way-valve and filtered compressed air are required.
