The modern TR flanged pinions are created as per the ISO 9409-1-A requirement and enable the equipment architect with the versatility of selecting the appropriate flanges pinion for fulfilling the specific application requirements. Its space-saving structure lowers the number of drive torques needed and consist of huge pitch diameters that rises the torque levels on the mounted reducers. The pinion pitch diameters are relatively smaller to the TR pinion series while it lowers the desired torque and permits the use of a smaller reducer. Additionally, the pinions can be mounted smoothly and replaced in the event of a repair. The strengthened & earthed pinions feature a grade level of DIN 5 and can be accessed in linear and spiral shaped housings in metric modules of 2.0 via 8.0. Moreover the pinions can be mounted onto any reducer as per the ISO 9409-1 flanged links.
