The custom racks and gears can be produced with different types of teeth: helical or straight, external or internal, in a variety of pitches with various materials and heat treatments, etc. Cut gears can be produced with a diameter up to 6-meters, and ground gears can be produced with a diameter up to 2.5-meters. ATLANTA is capable of providing a total drive solution for rotary and linear applications. Customers can purchase the complete axis drive, including the pinion, servo reducer, automatic lubrication system, ring gear, etc… from a single source. ATLANTA can help customers come up with designs to fit their specific needs, or customers can submit their own drawings.
