The spray characteristics for the products in the HNS series are defined by full-cone nozzle projects, with a medium to coarse full-cone spray, perpendicular to the nozzle inlet axis. The maximum free passage in the nozzle is larger than in most full-cone nozzles, which is mainly due to the "vaneless" design. The nozzle is suitable for applications where a relatively coarse full-cone spray is a requirement, as well as in the case where standard nozzles are subject to plugging. Typical applications include washing, rinsing, gas cooling, chemical processing, humidification and cooling sprays.
