Product Overview
The CG Substation Automation Systems (SAS) are high-performance solutions for the reliable control, protection, operation and monitoring of electricity substations. Systems support IEC 61850 and the IEDs of multiple vendors to be integrated into a flexible distributed or centralised control platform with redundant substation communications and remote communications to the Control Centre. Systems offer feature-rich local operational capabilities at the bay, station or remote level. Systems range from compact medium voltage systems to large sophisticated systems at high voltage with multi-user workstations, remote fault file access, hardwired & soft logic interlocks, remote diagnostics and enterprise connectivity compliant to NERC CIP. A substation gateway provides remote secure access in compliance with NERC CIP for access to substation data including realtime data, fault data, configurations data, SOE logs, and OPC interface. User-friendly and comprehensive system configuration and maintenance tools minimise system design and maintenance costs.
