Description
The FURNACE TRANSFORMERS Product Overview CG presents arc furnace and laddle furnace transformers that are different types of furnace transformers. The application of electrical air furnace is only for melting and refining carried out up to next process. Since the furnaces are designed with particular apparent power density in the order of 600-800 kVA/ton, the range of the voltages are small for melting.
The purpose of laddle furnace transformers are aimed in refining molten steel. The range of voltage needed is smaller and lower than those of electrical arc furnace transformers. There are low specific apparent average power density functions in the normal range arc, in the order of 200-400 kVa/ton.
The Furnce Transformers are designed and manufactured to comply with a wide range of application requirements.
