CHARACTERISTICS:
1/ Drive:
The pipe is involved by means of an assembled caterpillar overhanging and controlled by an engine
of axis.
This unit also ensures the measurement of the product.
Tape speed adjustable 0 to 40 M/min.
The spacing of the caterpillar is regulated manually by a wheel with numerical indicator.
2/ Automatism:
The automatism of the machine is entrusted to a NUMERICAL CONTROL 1 AXIS managing them
various programs (Capacity: 1000 programs).
A program includes/understands:
- Length 1 of the part.
- The number of parts.
- The corrective measure of lengthening.
- Length 2 for optimization of the fall.
- Length 3 for optimization of the fall.
Messages guide the operator and the defects indicate to him.
3/ Cross:
CAPACITY: 2 '' - R2 or 1 '' - R12.
PRECISION: + 1 mm for 1 Meter.
TIME PRODUCTION: (test carried out with flexible device ½ '' 2 braids steel).
- Length: 300 mm = 818 flexible devices/hour.
