Automatic cutting machine for the mass production of hydraulic hoses up to 1"
• The whole machine is managed by a 3 AXIS NUMERICAL CONTROL:
• X axis for product measurement
• Y axis for product selection
• Z-axis for the product’s drive track spacing
• Option : The marking is done by 1 VIDEOJET marking head
• A program corresponds to a product reference
• The operator selects a program number and indicates the number of pieces
• Possibility to manufacture by beam
• All other parameters are stored in memory
• Maintenance software with display of faults and of the defects as well as the status of the inputs
• On this machine, the functions of product loading and evacuation are done automatically
• CUTTING ACCURACY : CONFORMS TO THE STANDARD ISO 11237
