Custom designed sprockets, platewheels, split wheels, ring-gears or segments to suit BS or ANSI roller chains, double pitch, cranked link or inverted tooth chains, from 1/4" to 2.5" pitch up to 1.5 metre diamter, can be manufactured complete, or tooth cut only on customers blanks.
Our facilities include broaching, key seating, drilling, milling, grinding, honing and induction hardening; plus a technical application and design service.
