HORIZONTAL PADDLE VACUUM DRIER - SHV

This is a robust unit, which can be designed to form a compact module with all services on a modular base frame. It can also be designed for installation in a clean area or a white room, with a partition wall between the process area and the drives, which will be located in the services area.

This drier is designed following GMP norms and it has been conceived as a universal drier for all types of products. Heating is applied to the cylindrical body, doors, bottoms and filter. It is also possible to apply it to the shaft and blades, creating an additional dynamic drying surface area. The sealing of the agitator shaft can be obtained either by a packed seal or mechanical seal. In the sanitary version the shaft is cantilevered on the side of the front inspection and cleaning door.

The agitator can be equipped with Teflon scrapers for sticky products. Electric or hydraulic drive according to the customers requirements. Optional items: self-cleaning, side choppers, a complete vacuum and condensation unit, etc.

Capacities from 50 to 10.000 lts.
