- application: Pressure transducer for indirect measurement of cavity pressure
The HASCO-pressure and force transducers using piezo technology are ideally suited for use in injection moulds. The serve to optimize the process, -documentation and -monitoring. Reproduceable moulding quality can be achieved by using pressure transducers.
Features:
- Divided into direct (Fig.1 – 3) and indirect (Fig.7 – 9) pressure measuring systems.
- Connection plugs are compatible with commonly available recording
equipment for piezo technology.
- Connection cables can be detached from the pressure transducer.
- Connection cables are also available in high temperature resistant design.
- Tip of the pressure transducer can be machined to match cavity contour.
- Continual measuring chain via data converter Z 1385 /. . . to PC for process analysis to be checked on several injection moulding machines.
- If an injection moulding machine is equipped with charge amplifier Z 1384 /. . . , the system can be used, for example, to switch to holding pressure.
