Epocast® offers a wide range of encapsulating systems which are formulated for easy processing plus good non-yellowing and retention properties to meet the challenging market needs. It is designed to yield water-white polymer, high adhesion, high purity, moisture resistance, thermal stability and optical transmittance LED products.

With the electronics industry quickly moving towards lead-free processing, Epocast® is designed to withstand multiple reflows at higher processing temperatures. It retains optical clarity, absorbs stresses caused by thermal cycling inside the package; resists UV and protects the chip and the bonding wires. This product is for high-power and high-brightness Light Emitting Diode industries.
