TRIMET SIMPLE / Basic TRIMET A core of metallic wires is enclosed in two sleeves of the same wire, and shaped to a round or regular cross section. Hollow TRIMET A knitted wire mesh made of stainless steel is covered by one or two knitted wire mesh layers. They offer low resilience even after many handlings. TRIMET with a flange The flange formed by the outer mesh layer enables the gasket to be fixed directly to the support structure by soldering, bonding or riveting. The flange can also be set into an aluminium section or soldered on to an ABS profile to limit compression. Double TRIMET An external sleeve encloses two simple, hollow or compact TRIMET sections. The space between the two TRIMET enables fixing by soldering, bonding on riveting. Attenuation performance is increased. Specific TRIMET We can produce TRIMET for special applications, by compression of shaped tubular mesh to produce ring shapes or rectangular sections.
