Watertight and airtight seals can be achieved by using NEOSIL L rectangular shaped. sections made of silicone, incorporating monel wires, perpendicular to their width. There will therefore be two insulating and two conductive surfaces. The gaskets offer high performance in watertight and electrically conductive applications for boxes, panels… NEOSIL L gaskets designed to be fitted in a groove. For good adhesion it is also advisable to put spots of glue in the support groove on non-conductive surfaces. The glue must be compatible with the elastomer : type RTV 118 to 157.
