Description

THERMOSILHEAT are silicone-based thermoconductors that act as a thermal interface between an electronic component and a dissipating part. THERMOSILHEAT’s thermal conductivity ranges from 1.2W/m.k to 14W/m.k, for the high performance series, with thicknesses as low as 0.005in (0.13mm) and as large as 0.2in (5mm). This wide range of thermo-conductors includes Greases, Insulated Pads, Isolated Gap Fillers, High Performance Gap Fillers and Phase Change thermoconductors. Phase Change THERMOSILHEAT, a material with a viscosity that lowers rapidly at 50 to 60°C, is highly effective in very thin films (0.005 to 0.02in / 0.13 to 0.5mm) and extremely easy to implement. THERMOSILHEAT’s range includes electrically insulated thermo-conductors with volume resistibility ranging from 1x1013 Ω to 8x1013 Ω JACQUES DUBOIS offers custom-designed solutions, with the material cut-to-size and/or assembled to meet the end-use functional requirements
