The CXT hoists offer exceptionally smooth movements and fast load positioning. Inverter control in trolley traveling is standard, which maintains minimal load swing. The innovative design with a large rope drum diameter means that the horizontal travel of the hook during lowering is minimal. Obviously accurate load positioning is faster.

Konecranes developed for the CXT new high performance hoisting motors, which combines extra power with superior cooling characteristics. These hoisting motors with 60 % ED not only increase performance required even in temporary peak usage situations, but also improve reliability. Two speed hoisting and inverter controlled smooth travelling motion makes the material handling times shorter and boost the productivity.
