The filling and sealing machines RSF are suitable for aseptic dosing of liquid products and sealing of open or closed ampoules, As an option, RSF machines can be used for filling and rubber stoppering of vials. Standard version: • In-line connection and automatic loading by means of motorized sanitary-plastic belts; • "No ampoule – No Filling" function; • Dosing system with Rotary Piston Pumps and/or Peristaltic Pumps; • Electronic adjustment of the dosing volume; • Electronic adjustable draw-back of dosing pumps to avoid needle dripping; • Oxigen, Gas and Nitrogen flushing stations controlled by electronic mass-flow meters; • Oxigen and Gas ramp circuits in compliance with ATEX rules; • Automatic ignition of the flames; • Opening / Sealing stations equipped by safety systems and controlled fumes extractors; • Automatic unloading on tray.
