The Timing Belt Conveyor System ZRF-P 2040.02 is designed especially for product indexing applications where a cleated, or fixtured belt is required, or for wider timing belt applications. The conveyor is ideal for special conveying requiring positioning or loading of products. Depending on the product and the application, custom fixtures and other belt widths are available.

The frame is manufactured using our structural profile 40 x 80mm profile. The available T-slots offer the ability to attach stands, rails and other components such as sensors, for example.

o 80 mm (3.15") tall anodized aluminum frame
o Dual t-slots along the length of the frame, each side
* UHMW-PE slider bed, 7.5 mm (0.29") thick - guided for added belt tracking
* Single lane and multi-lane set ups
* Available in 80 mm and 120 mm standard lane widths
* Belts are 60 mm and 100 mm wide.
* Lengths from 500 mm (19.7") to 10,000 mm (393.7")
* Maintenance free dual-sealed ball bearings
* Loads up to 600 lbs. (280 kg)
* Conveyor speeds up to 200 fpm (60 mpm)
* Belt pitch is AT10
* Available with 3 types of belting
o Standard timing belt with various coatings (rough top, nylon, etc)
o Standard timing belt with ultrasonically welded urethane attachments
o Standard timing belt with inserts in the tooth of the belt (M4)
