Product description
The toothed-belt conveyor ZRF-P 2045 is part of the workpiece carrier system Versamove standard and is particularly suitable as a double-strand system for the transport of workpiece carriers and dimensionally stable conveyed goods at lower loads, high speeds and high accelerations.
Due to the positive engagement between the drive toothed pulley and the toothed belt, synchronous movement of both conveyor strands is ensured. The return of the toothed belt inside the profile minimizes accident risk and allows a compact design.
System grooves of 10 mm on both sides enable easy integration into existing installations as well as the attachment of stands, side guides, initiators or other accessories.
