MEVA Schalungs-Systeme
CaroFalt is a foldable and movable column formwork with access platform, integrated ladders and safety cages. It has been designed in cooperation with Fachausschuss Bau (German safety committee of professional construction associations) and complies with all valid safety standards.
CaroFalt consists of four identical panels with articulated links which are assembled like a windmill. It can be used with or without triangular strips to form either sharp or bevelled edges.
* Height extensions in increments of 30 cm
* Extension panels at the bottom 60 or 120 cm high
* Standard panels 270 and 360 cm high
Different and varying column section dimensions - from square to rectangular - ranging from 20 cm to 60 cm on each wing are easy to set via the 5 cm notches on the setting rail.
The wings of the windmill are easy to open with a spanner even from a ladder.
Once attached, all accessories remain in their position. This way, the access platform and ladder do not have to be assembled and disassembled again and again.
