The WWS 8205 Series of Laser Scanner, manufactured by MICRO-EPSILON, is specifically designed for robotic surface inspection. This device is mainly used for measuring the position tolerance of dual pieces before welding. Its system measures the robot motion in order to receive an efficient welding process.
Moreover, it can maximized the production level of performance in operation, and has 100% documentation of the production. This product is suitable for matt and shiny metal surfaces, and has maximum positional tolerance to be measured of ±15 mm. Also, this series is available in a single channel system.
