Microsonic have a range of ultrasonic sensors in the LCS series in cuboidal housing. They have lateral sound exit and are available in three device variants stemming from three different detection ranges. The sensors have automatic synchronization which simultaneously operates up to ten sensors in close quarters. A Link control for configuration of sensors from the PC is available. The sensors analogue output is 4-20 mA and 0-10 V with automatic switching between current and voltage outputs. They have 0.18 resolution with temperature compensation and a 9-30 V operating voltage. A micro-sonic Teach-in on Pin 5 is available.
