2A Cylinders Parker's 2A series pneumatic tie rod cylinders are heavy duty, steel-bodied cylinders designed for applications where a conventional aluminium-bodied manufacturers of pneumatic cylinder would be vulnerable to external physical damage. Typical applications include steel mills, aluminium smelters and foundries.
2A cylinders are designed to NFPA and ANSI specifications.
Standard pressure: up to 18 professional bar (250psi)
Bore sizes: 25.4mm to 355.6mm (1" to 14")
Choice of rod diameters and bar end threads
15 standard mounting styles
Any practical stroke length
Standard temperature range: -20°C to 80°C
Suitable for filtered & lubricated air - also available for non-lubricated air
