Description

• Ultra Compact Bevel Gearbox Design • 2-way, 3-way & 4-way Configurations • Solid Shaft & Hollow Shaft • Gear Ratios: 1:1, 1.5:1, 2:1, 3:1 & 4:1 • Torque Ratings up to 7000 Nm • Robust SG Iron Housing as Standard • Integrated Motor Adapter Design • Special Custom Design Available • Special Gear Ratios Available • Popular models ex-stock These ultra compact bevel gearboxes are designed for the transmission of rotary mechanical power through ninety degrees or split power from one input drive to two or three output drives. They use precision cut spiral bevel gears to deliver a smooth and quiet transmission with an efficiency of up to 98%. While the standard design is suitable for most applications our engineering team can customise units to meet the most arduous of conditions whether inside, outside, on land or subsea. When selecting a gearbox there are a number of factors which influence the final size of the selected unit. You can view this information in the Bevel Gearbox Selection Guide. The selection procedure is a 12 step process that uses the following application information to select a bevel gearbox. • Bevel Gearbox Input Speed (rpm) • Bevel Gearbox Output Speed (rpm) • Bevel Gearbox configuration • Required Output Torque (Nm) • Operating Hours per day
