PORTABLE FACING MACHINE

PRINCIPLE:

 Machine with 4 fixing arms. Removable and adjustable (any angle) arms.
 External fastening on the bolt holes of the flange.
 Pneumatic drive (hydraulic or electric on request)
 A manual and automatic central boring head drives a facing tool holder.
 The adjustments of flatness and concentricity are inde-pendent. This allows a high precision and fine adjust-ment in relation to the chosen references.

SAFETY DEVICE IN CONFORMITY TO THE E.E.C. NORM:

 ON/OFF emergency stop by means of an emergency "push" button.
 Automatic stop through air lack, avoiding the start of the machine in case of air network restoring.
 The emergency "push" button device can be locked.

Facing every type of flange: Ø 0 to 1200 mm
