PROTEM S18 Rohranfasen PROTEM

The air powered PROTEM S18 beveling machine is a robust portable weld-end preparation lathe. It will perform repeatable quality weld preps on most metal pipes including stainless steel, from 18 to 42 mm OD (3/8'' to 1 ¼ "). The cutting head will bevel, face and counterbore individually or in synchronised operation.
The S18 is easily to install on all pipes and completely torque accepting (requires no holding device for machining).
The S18 unit requires only 25.4 mm minimum clearance from the pipe centreline, thereby allowing precise machining within very restricted working areas.
