The US25CA portable pipe beveling tool is designed for high quality beveling, facing and machining on pipe and tube from 25 mm ID to 88.9 mm OD. The main plus of this ma-chine is its clamping system into the tube by simply acting on a pneumatic on/off distribu-tor which allows a clamping in 2 seconds only. The standard tool plate will accept up to 4 tool bits allowing to face, bevel and coun-terbore simultaneously. Once pre-set for large series or repetitive work, the US25CA is capable of performing repeatable high quality weld preparations on all machinable alloy pipes including stainless steel…
