Description
The freewheel of sprag type, Type CSK is integrated in to 62 series ball bearing, wherein sizes 8 & 40 are exceptions. Supported by bearings and igrease lubricated and dust protected(more than 0.3mm) when delivered, it's working temperature exceeds over 50°C. The usage of "nylos" seal type is recommended. There is a possibility of oil bath lubrication.
The CSK versions are provided with the "Form-chromed" sprags. The overrunning lifetime is increased by several times because of this process. Press fit assembly in a rigid outer housing(with N6 tolerance) and also on the shaft(with N6 tolerance), ensures torque transmission. C5 is set as an initial bearing radial clearance and should be reduced when using press fit. When ambient temperature is not in the range of +5°C to +60°C, the company should be contacted.
