The Stierli-Bieger 120 CNC bending centre is a very efficient system that is equipped with a modern touchscreen and 2-axis control. The operator can program the system very easily. 200 programs each with 10 bends can be saved. The stroke setting can be adjusted in the program at any time in +/- 0.1 mm steps to offset material-related tolerances. It is operated with the foot switch or the special manual control cable, with which jogging mode, automatic mode and the straightening function can be actuated. The 130 mm tool holder and the strong pins with 60 mm diameter enable versatile use and convenient fitting of the simplest tools. Tools equipped with the quick-change holder are used for bending. The very large working plate ensures effective positioning of very large bent parts. The special oil-lubricated guided cylinder requires no maintenance and no open guide! A remote control or foot pedal is used to start the bending operation. The modern CNC control impresses with its simple operation which can be picked up in a very short time. The large, clear colour touchscreen panel with multiple row display allows the operator to enter the data for bending or straightening quickly: Simple setting of the bending angle via the stroke length The bending process is started by pressing the foot switch. The foot switch is pressed until the required bending angle is reached. The cylinder speed can be adjusted continuously (from 0 to 0.6 m/min) so that the bending angle can be approached very precisely. The value for the cylinder position can be imported into the program by pressing a button (teach-in button).
