Fiberglass rope E Glass Fibre Packing (Stainless Steel Overbraid)

E Glass Fibre Packing (Stainless Steel Overbraid): our E Glass packings are braided entirely using 6-9µ E glass yarns to create a round section. The yarns used are textured and resistant to 550°C. Our E glass packings are available in round, square and rectangular sections. The standard density packings have good spring-back and consequently have a high resistance to breaking. They are produced on braiding or plaiting machines which ensuring the packing does not fray when cut and maintains its elasticity even under strong mechanical stress. The base fibres are inorganic, sterile and flame proof and they have low thermal conductivity, are resistance to oils and they do not rust. The open overbraid of stainless steel enhances the abrasion resistance and prolongs the life of the seal considerably.
