Tsubakimoto Chain

Tsubaki's Heavy Duty Roller Chain Series has greater kilowatt ratings, allowable load, and tensile strength compared to standard RS Roller Chain, enabling users to select a chain one or two sizes smaller.

T Series:
Greater shock load resistance and higher ultimate tensile strength compared to standard ANSI roller chain through the use of hardened pins. Dimensionally identical to standard ANSI roller chain.

HT Series:
Provides 15-30% greater ultimate tensile strength over ANSI standard roller chain through the use of hardened pins and larger link plates, as well as greater shock load resistance. Dimensionally identical to ANSI heavy duty roller chains.

SUPER Series:
Link plates are specially designed and pitch holes are critically formed to increase allowable load 25 - 30%. Pins are through hardened for greater shock load resistance. Dimensionally identical to standard ANSI roller chain.

SUPER-H Series:
Link plates are as thick as the next larger size SUPER Series chain and pins are through hardened for greater ultimate tensile strength and allowable load.

ULTRA SUPER Series:
Field tests show that Tsubaki ULTRA SUPER Series has a greater ultimate tensile strength and allowable load than any other roller chain on the market. Allowable load is 170% that of standard ANSI roller chain, allowing users to select a chain up to two sizes smaller. Excellent for heavy shock loads or in areas with limited space.
