EXTRCOOLのラック搭載型液冷→空冷（LTA）冷却分配ユニット（CDU）は、高密度データセンター向けのコンパクトな4U/6Uラック一体型ソリューションです。NVIDIA GB200/GB300対応のAI GPUサーバーや高出力のサーバーコールドプレートループ向けに設計され、液対空の直接熱放散、ポンプ、インテリジェント制御を標準ラック形状に統合し、冷水設備を必要としない簡素な導入を実現します。
