Description

We know how important measuring ground-level ozone accurately can be. With all the features of its Serinus® Cal 1000 stablemate, the Serinus® Cal 2000 adds features essential for calibration of NOx and O3 analysis equipment. An internal ozone generator enables regular ozone checks and Gas Phase Titrations (GPT). Features ERGONOMIC DESIGN All the calibration ability and ease of use found in the Serinus® Cal 1000 OZONE GENERATOR Internal ozone generator produces 3 ppm to 5 ppm of ozone GAS PHASE TITRATIONS Ability to premix ozone and source gas before dilution to perform Gas Phase Titrations (GPT) Stand-alone solution The Serinus Cal has been designed as a stand-alone dilution calibrator specifically for environmental applications and should give many years of trouble-free service provided that it is installed, used, and maintained correctly. It can be used in conjunction with many different analysers measuring gases such as CO, CO2, O3, NOx , NOy, NH3 and SO2 to provide precise and constant volumes of zero air or dilutions of various calibration gases. The Ozone generator The Serinus Cal 2000 provides an additional ozone generator. This allows the Serinus Cal 2000 to run GPT calibrations of ozone with precise dilution rates. The ozone generator consists of a pressurized chamber, ozone producing ultraviolet lamp, heater thermistor assembly, gas inlet and outlet, fittings and ozone generator controller PCA. Together these components produce ozone which is fed into the ozone mixing manifold.
