Vibration monitoring station

The automated Acoem blast monitoring system includes a network of remote blast monitoring stations, made up of Dynamate® units. Each Dynamate® has a dynamic triggering program built into its software which allows you to identify one or more Early Warning Units (EWUs) – usually those closest to the blast epicentre – to act as the trigger source for other units. Features FULLY INTEGRATED SYSTEM – TRIGGER ALL UNITS FROM ONE EVENT 100% blast capture* due to histogram search facility with "after the event" searches and data capture. CONTINUOUSLY RECORDS OVER PRESSURE SIGNALS (500 OR 1000 HZ) IN AN ENDLESS SAMPLE BUFFER LOOP INDEPENDENT OF OTHER SOFTWARE PROCESSES At the maximum sample rate, the buffer stores up to 10 days of air blast and vibration data. SIX WEEKS OF DATA STORAGE Results available via SMS and/or email to authorised users within minutes of the blast and can be downloaded from a secure website for further processing. TIMELY ACCESS TO DATA Assess breaches in exceedance levels, perform test triggers to check conditions before proceeding and no minimum downtime between capture events. NO NEED FOR 'LINE OF SIGHT’ CONSIDERATIONS Units can be located anywhere that has available communication networks, with major carriers guaranteeing coverage in 99% of locations for reliable high-speed data transfer. DATA SECURITY ON THE GO Results and data are only available to authorised users and can be downloaded or viewed anytime at work, home or on the road.
