Description

Overview
Protect RCS OUTDOOR is a thyristor-controlled rectifier designed to supply reliable DC power and charge nickel-cadmium or lead-acid batteries in demanding outdoor environments. The Outdoor version meets IEC 60529 IP65 protection requirements and is built for heavy industrial applications.

Key highlights
  • Type: 3-phase thyristor-controlled rectifier
  • Input voltage: 400 / 480 VAC (±10 %)
  • Output voltage: 24 VDC (nominal)
  • Output current: 50 A – 250 A
  • Cabinet size (HxWxD): 2000 x 700 x 600 mm; 316L stainless steel

Description
The system is modular, built from independent building blocks allowing flexible configurations and optional equipment. Rectifier and battery cabinets are distinct units; cabinets are floor-mounted and designed for outdoor installation.
