Description

Portable extraction fan for welding fumes The portable FACILE extraction fan is particularly suited to protecting the operator from fumes and particulate when working in positions which cannot be reached by traditional portable purification systems, or for the simple ventilation of closed rooms in extraction or under pressure (introducing air from outside), such as silos or tunnels. It consists of a high performance centrifugal fan, mounted on a trolley and connected to an electrical panel to operate and protect the motor. Structure in powder-coated steel sheet metal, complete with wheels and handles, available in sizes and weights which ensure easy handling and ergonomics of use. High performance electric centrifugal extractor fan directly coupled to welded backward blades suitable for the extraction of particulate containing fumes. On-board electrical panel with circuit-breaker protections and on/off switches, wired to the electric motor and complete with three-phase power supply cable 10 m. Fittings in galvanised sheet metal on the suction and pressure nozzle for connection to flexible hoses (not included), selected depending on use and type of pollutant (for example, T19 welding fumes, T20 for particulate, T36 for high temperatures, TGA for car and truck exhaust gas).
