Description
This rapid temperature change chamber (F-TH Series) is designed for laboratory cycle and accelerated stress screening where fast, repeatable temperature ramps are required. The system supports both controlled linear ramps for qualification testing and nonlinear profiles for accelerated stress screening, with integrated instrumentation on a color LCD touch controller for straightforward operation.

Configurations

• Linear Mode: Controlled ramps from 3 to 20 °C/min with constant slope across the full cycle — suitable for qualification and audit testing where repeatability is critical.
• Nonlinear Mode: Variable ramps with peak rates up to 30 °C/min (typical 3–30 °C/min) for accelerated stress screening (HALT-style); humidity function can be combined when fitted.

• Programmable multi-segment cycling: up to 100 programs, up to 100 segments per program; maximum 999 cycles per program.
• Power-off memory and 5-year memory backup to resume program after power loss.
• Imported color LCD showing set point, actual value and time; interface lock and alarm functions.
• Dual refrigeration loop with imported fully-closed compressors; air-cooled or water-cooled options.
• DIN PT-100Ω temperature sensor standard; standard communication RS-232 or RS-485 and timer relay output.
