AIDA will exhibit at the JAPAN METAL STAMPING TECHNOLOGY EXHIBITION 2026 from May 20 (Wed.) to May 22 (Fri.), 2026. Location: Port Messe Nagoya — Exhibition Hall 1. Focus: forming systems and automation for high-precision metal stamping production.

Key Exhibits and New Products
  • SAT-M — High-Speed Transfer Robots: Incorporates newly developed drive mechanisms and synchronization control systems to enable high-speed transfer and high-precision synchronization with C-frame presses; capable of direct press-to-press conveyance (transfer pitch: 1800 mm) and achieved a line takt time of min-1.
  • ARB — High-Speed Articulated Joint Robots: Articulated robots engineered for synchronized, high-precision transfer operations with C-frame presses.
  • DPH-80-30 — Dedicated Former for Rectangular Battery Cases: Uses a multi-stage assisted draw-forming process to reduce the number of forming stages compared with conventional press metalforming, aimed at compact rectangular battery case production.

Live Demos
Battery case forming demonstrations will combine a SAT-M high-speed transfer robot with a DPH-80-30 former. Check the booth schedule for demo times and live transfer performance.

Samples will include parts formed on various AIDA presses (high-precision presses, servo presses, high-speed presses). Examples:
