Description
DSF-TE2 servo transfer presses provide extensive configurability to meet high-volume metalforming requirements. Built on a straight-side, tie-rod frame verified by FEM, frame deflection under load is controlled below 0.1 mm/m. Structural parts use quality-controlled steel plates, thermally stress-relieved after welding.
Equipped with AIDA proprietary high-torque, low-speed servo motors, the DSF-TE2 family allows programmable optimization of slide motion and stroke length according to part height. This enables precise impact-speed control, higher productivity, extended die life and reduced die maintenance.
